The weather forecast is pretty dreamy. So bundle up and head on over for some great tunes from ‘the hardest working man in show business’. Cheech brings all genres with a play list that spans decades. Bring a chair, a mask, a smile and some cash money to show appreciation for Cheech’s musical prowess. We will be passing the hat. Bar opens at 3 and food is available from 5. No carry-in food or beverage allowed. Show is outside. Please wear mask when inside when not eating or drinking and when unable to social distance. Please wash your hands and be kind. Peace. Share to help spread the word. 4pm -7pm

Dead Horses isn’t a band in the conventional sense. Rather, it’s an intimate, folk-inspired conversation between two close friends. At its core, the participants are guitarist/singer Sarah Vos and bassist Daniel Wolff. The Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based pair’s musicality, emotionality, and ambitions have sent them on a winding journey in music.
Dead Horses weave together a patchwork of classic and contemporary influences that span trad roots, indie-folk, and other experimental musical idioms. In its artistic continuum, Dead Horses has explored freeform musicality and thoroughly composed approaches. Thematically, the songs are personal, revelatory, and relatable, brimming with imaginative phrases, poetry, vulnerability, and a feeling of redemption.
The union of Sarah’s emotive songwriting with Dan’s intrepid bass playing transcends the singer-songwriter-with-backup-musicians paradigm. Dan’s adventurous musicality equally shines alongside Sarah’s songwriting sensibility. To date, Dead Horses has released three albums—two which have been produced by Ken Coomer of Uncle Tupelo/Wilco—an Audiotree Live Session, three singles, and a two-song EP.
Along the way, Dead Horses has charted on the Americana Top 50 radio charts for three months, accrued over 20 million spins on Spotify for the single “Turntable” which was also featured on Amazon and Apple “Americana”playlists. The pair’s select press highlights include a Rolling Stone “Artist You Should Know” mention, and profiles in Billboard, Noisey, and even Democracy Now!
The White Iron Band is a high-energy renegade American roots band specializing in foot-stompin, forget-what-troubles-ya music. With energy to blow your face off and enough soul to well your eyes, the band is best taken live with friends and strangers.
Originally formed in Ely, MN, the heart of Minnesota’s northern Iron Range, by frontman Matt Pudas, keyboardist Eddie Juntunen, and guitarist Sammy Weyandt. Backed by a driving rhythm section with Jeff Underhill on drums and bass guitarist Andy Ferkinhoff , slide guitar and rhythm/lead from Gregg “Cheech” Hall accompanied by the tear in your beer undertones of Lee “Big Country” Martin on Pedal Steel guitar. The White Iron Band embodies the triumphs and struggles of the everyday man.
With songs ranging from tales of love, pain, jail, work and whiskey. White Iron has always found a way into the heart. Now based in the greater Minneapolis area, the group has established a passionate and equally as rowdy fan-base throughout the Midwest and has traveled further to spread their unique mix of blues, country and Americana roots music.
